Okay, I ran 3 miles on Saturday morning. I got to try out my new Garmin 305 with heart monitor. The strap for the heart monitor was a bit (okay, very) uncomfortable, and it slipped while I ran. I also found that my heartrate was really high. I wonder if that was because the heart rate monitor strap was cutting off my circulation!!!
Randy and I ran together last night! Our wonderful neighbors watched our children while we set out for 13 miles. In the end, I actually ran 13.3 miles, but felt like it was a really worthwhile run. It was nice and easy (except there were LOTS of hills), but that's good for me. We didn't get done until after 8pm, so I'm not running this morning. I slept in a little and have school today, so I'll try to get 3 ez in later today or tonight.
Total for the week: 32 miles
