Wow~
Today was my first day of Inquiry Learning (my final summer class). I can tell it's going to be a tough 2 weeks (smushing one semesters worth of classwork into 2 WEEKS).
Here's the scoop...I ran 3 easy miles this morning. I have tomorrow off, then a 7 mile progression run on Wednesday. I'll work as hard as my legs will let me on Wednesday, but I said it before; I have got to lower the intensity...I'm feeling over"run" (hee hee!) right now.
Thought for the day: What the HECK was I thinking signing up for 11 credits this summer!!?
