Today is a 0 day for me. No miles, but unfortunately I have been moving around the house more than usual today with laundry, vacuuming, sweeping, cleaning rooms and bathrooms, and doing dishes! PHEW, not to mention spending time with the boys and the dogs!

Thought for the day: Anticipation isn't always good. Sometimes we make things bigger and better in our mind, and it lets us down in the end.
