New Training Plan

Thanks to my brother, Tony, I have a new training plan! I wasn't "cutting the mustard" with my crazy (foolish, perhaps) running program. This week looks pretty nice. I have to admit...my knee is still bothering me, but I'm trying to stretch and eat right, and keep moving gently (no pounding on my legs).

Here's what the plan for the week looks like:
Mon.- 3 miles easy
Tue.- Off
Wed.- 6 miles easy
Thu.- 3 miles easy
Fri.- 5 miles (8x100 strides)
Sat.- 3 miles easy
Sun.- 9 miles

As long as my knee doesn't snap on me, I'll be able to do all of this, this week! It's good to be back.

In other news, I have 3 classes (summer courses) now overlapping each other. I am getting a bit fried on school, and hoping I get through these courses and actually take information away with me! Maybe fall won't be so crazy....yeah, it will!!
